Silver Medal Award Recipient
This is the highest honor the AIA Nevada Chapter can bestow upon an individual. It is given in recognition of the most distinguished service to the profession of architecture and a significant body of work of lasting influence on the theory and practice of architecture in the state of Nevada.

Jury Comments: “Daniel is without question deserving of the Silver Medal Award. From his time teaching and well into his practice, he has had a lasting impression and influence on the profession, as evidenced by his accomplishments in the profession and academia. The letters of support from his former students are overwhelming and demonstrate the lasting impressions he has had. Influenced by his sponsor, family friend, architect, former employer and mentor, William Snyder, FAIA, Daniel continues to clearly pay it forward to the next generation of architects.”
Allied Member Award Recipient
This honor is awarded to the individual Allied Member who has contributed significantly to the profession of architecture through their membership and participation in their local Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Her commitments to SMPS demonstrates her abilities to work alongside within a collateral organization. She presents a strong sense of the Grassroots nature of AIA activities and programs demonstrated by her involvement and their significance to AIA Members such as building tours, golf tournaments and trade shows. As such, Kayleigh is deserving of the Allied Member Award.”
