The AxNV DSA - Distinguished Service Program stands as the pinnacle of recognition for architectural service in Nevada. This program celebrates architects and firms that have profoundly impacted the community through their services. 
 

This form is to be used to nominate an AIA Nevada-based Member or Firm, and it may also be used as an intent declaration to self-nominate and submit for Distinguished Service Recognition.
