Design Architect or Architect-of-Record
If a project had both a design architect and an architect-on-record, submissions must include the names of both. AIA number is only required for the person submitting. Please fill out section 4 of this form with other Designers involved in section 13.
Sustainable Design Excellence Category (Optional Add-On)
Eligible projects may be recognized for their integration of sustainable design excellence through the incorporation of AIA's Framework for Design Excellence principles. To be considered, you MUST fill out and submit the Common App for Design Excellence with your project submission.
