An in-depth discussion of the most recent updates to the currently adopted ICC Building and Fire Codes as well as Washoe County local amendments. In addition, we will discuss the detailed process that Washoe County and all local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ’s) will be performing towards the upcoming 2018 ICC Building and Fire Code adoption cycle.
