Q: Where are you located?
AIA Nevada is located in the Historic Fifth Street School at 401 S. 4th Street, Suite 175 Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Free parking is available in our school lot and there is metered parking available on the street in front of the school.  There is also a city parking lot located across from the school on 4th Street between Clark St. and Lewis St.

Q: What are your office hours?
AIA Nevada is open from 9AM to 5PM Monday thru Thursday, and closed sometime between 11:30 to 1:30PM for lunch. We are a small office with 2 employees and sometimes we are required to be out of the office. It is a good idea to call ahead (702.895.0936) to make sure the office is open before you come.

Q: How do I get licensed in the state of Nevada?
All questions regarding licensure should be directed to the Nevada State Board of Architecture.

Q: How can I become a member of AIA Nevada?
The American Institute of Architects comprises some 300 component organizations (chapters) across the country and around the world to serve the needs of U.S. architects at the national, state, and local levels, including American architects working in foreign locales.

Architects and Associates must maintain membership on the National, State and Local levels of AIA.

Q: Where can I get AIA Documents?
Both AIA Las Vegas and the AIA Northern Nevada Chapters offer AIA Contract Documents in hard copy and in electronic format.

Q: How can I contact all the architects in Nevada to introduce my product or service?

Both the AIA Las Vegas and the AIA Northern Nevada Chapters provide a listing of members available for rent.

You may also download a 2013 AIA Nevada Directory and Resource Guide which provides listings of all AIA Nevada members. In addition, architectural firms are also listed by project type. The directory provides Firm Profiles which details the size of the firm, kind of projects they have completed, firm philosophy and contact information.
